RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Mia Selects.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn (where applicable), in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at miaselectsofficial@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care, beauty, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or unsealed.

Customized or personalized products, gift cards, and items specifically marked as final sale are also non-returnable, except where required by applicable law.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Mia Selects cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
